As a certified coach and with over 20 years in corporate leadership, I specialize in helping mid-career professionals who feel stuck despite their success. Together, we'll uncover what's holding you back, build emotional clarity, and guide you toward a life that feels as good as it looks on paper.I grew up in India, rooted in a farming family, where the simple joys of life, outdoor adventures, and a deep curiosity about people’s paths to success shaped me. Moving frequently with my parents opened my eyes to diverse perspectives, nurturing my open-mindedness and fueling my drive for growth.

From a young age, I embraced challenges with sharpness, diligence, and the belief that true success is about more than reaching milestones. It’s about financial independence, accountability, and learning from every experience. Self-reflection has always been my greatest teacher, guiding me with purpose and resilience.

At 45, while leading a large team under tight deadlines, I discovered my passion for coaching. Motivating my team to exceed their goals while enjoying the process was transformative, teaching me the power of a holistic approach to success. Then, during the pandemic at 47, I found a deep interest in philosophy and psychology, which sparked a new direction and deepened my commitment to making a meaningful impact.

Now based in California with my family, I’m committed to continuous growth and driven by a passion for learning, neuroscience, and helping others unlock their full potential.
